    The call

    Your supervisor or safety lead reaches our on-call clinical team directly, at any hour, and gives a short account of what happened and how the worker presents.

  2. 02

    Clinical triage

    Our physician or nurse determines the appropriate pathway immediately: guidance the supervisor can act on at the site, an assessment with our team, or direction to emergency care where the presentation warrants it.

  3. 03

    Assessment and treatment

    The worker is assessed and treated by our physician or nursing team. Because our clinicians understand the physical demands of the role, the assessment covers not only the injury but what the worker can safely do while it heals.

    Documentation and reporting

    Clinical documentation is completed promptly, including the WSIB Health Professional's Report where applicable, and functional information is communicated to your team so you can meet your own reporting obligations without chasing paperwork.

    Modified duties and follow-up

    We set out clear functional abilities and restrictions, coordinate follow-up appointments and any referrals needed, and stay involved as the picture changes rather than leaving you to interpret a note.

  6. 06

    Return to work

    We coordinate a safe, timely return with appropriate accommodations, working alongside your team and, where the case calls for it, our disability case management program.

  7. 07

    Data and review

    Real-time case data feeds back into your program: where injuries are happening, what is driving time away, and where prevention effort would do the most good.

Our clinicians work alongside your health and safety team and the worker's own providers. We coordinate care, we don't take over the relationship a worker has with their family physician.
