Dr. Reena Dhatt leads NEOMO with a focus on clinical excellence, worker health, and stronger, safer workplaces across Northern Ontario. Her approach to occupational health connects evidence-informed medical care with the practical needs of employers and employees.
With decades of experience in primary care and occupational medicine, Dr. Dhatt has helped shape a model designed for the realities of Northern workplaces — from injury and disability management to medical surveillance, workplace assessments, and ongoing employer support.
